    The various interpretations of how one should define identity has left most of us baffled. Is identity what we portray ourselves as? Or is identity something that we seek, living up to the expectations of someone else but withholding the expression of our true self. Are we not but players of the game of LIFE yearning for acceptance primarily from others or is it just the ego, the personality of one that wants to be respected. It isn’t you but yet you want to be that for others and simultaneously what others want you to be for them.

    Everyone constantly implements changes to his identity to evoke self-improvement. Identity is like a box of plasticine, its something that’s shaped according to how you would want to lead your life. You shape it, You live it!!

    Define ‘Identity’.
    What I identify with - what I associate myself with.
    It is what I see myself the as.
    It is uniquely me.

    Okay it’s not easy to define.

    One’s identity is continually being discovered. It goes through a process of change. It is constantly being moulded - hopefully, for the better!
