It’s been quite a while. Just thought of sharing my mini exercise that I did today, where I learnt how to use buttons/actions/labels in Adobe Flash, i.e. A SIMPLE SLIDESHOW / gallery. At first I’ve got no idea what my lecturer was talking about because of the wonder terms he used, and the examples he showed. I thought he was going to teach us how to animate an object or something. Ha. Blame the mornings.. always a little slow in digesting words. Anyhows, if it appears, (or if I embedded it correctly), do navigate using the color dots. Teehee.
PS: Going to be a pro soon. Don’t laugh.

A few days back, I printed green pantones on a different type of paper so as to choose which color works best for one of my projects, and the lady at the print shop screwed up. She printed on A3 instead of my A4 papers. And so, to not waste the ‘pantones’, I actually cut them up and slowly pasted it onto my wall.

The initial plan was to make it look like pixelated grass (how corny), but plan failed, butttt, there’s always PLAN B. So look what I’ve got.
Wrong choice of color for a pretty heart, but I guess it’ll ‘grow’ into something else, when I’ve got nothing better to do. Till then..

It’s nice seeing the sun set, but yet pop out for just that few seconds on a gloomy day.

I caught bits of the parade via the live webcast.. and the above was the failed tattoo that Dawn tried to “tattoo” on me. Hurhur.

I went to Falls Creek over the weekend with my sister and friends of friends and other friends, some of which are strangers to me. It was a good experience, snow boarding for the first time, and it was snowing! But.. not something I’d choose to do again. I’d rather ski.

And surprisingly, I bumped into jinghui. Haven’t had the chance to meet up with her ever since I was in Melbourne, and fancy bumping into her right up on the mountains. Coincidentally enough, I saw this indo stranger in Falls Creek too! Someone whom I always happen to bump into. Strange. Maybe I’m just too good in recognizing faces.

Happen to catch this whilst walking along Carlton Gardens a few days back. Pretty shadows I must say.

I went to the como house today with my sister who is here in melbourne, and this shot was taken just right outside the ‘kitchen’. I must say that on the outside, it looked rather disappointing, but when you step in, it’s a different story altogether. Nice place to pop by and catch a glimpse of the old. But but butss.. definitely can’t be compared to the places we saw/visited in europe last year.
And.. this is me, only knowing now that this thing i’m hiding between are called hedges. I’ll probably go “that square bush”
Note to self; Studio 1 submission on Tue 5th July

I found this in one of the Asian grocers in Melbourne. The last time I ate this was probably during high school when my malay/muslim friend brought this to class. In fact I don’t even know what this is. I only remember it as ‘flour balls’ that can be really nice.
